I can get to this window by manually opening HD Audio Manager and then clicking the small green input-icon in the bottom left and then I can select where I want the audio to play, either on my Line-in speakers or my headphones. When I plug my headphones into the headphone jack, the HD Audio Manager comes up and it open a small window where I get to select what I just plugged in (line-in, headphones, etc).
